Noriko Amano-Patiño

St Catharine's College, Cambridge

I am an applied microeconometrician with over 10 years of professional experience leading causal research and large-scale data analysis, focusing on the structural drivers of gender and racial inequalities in the labour market. 

I am a fellow at St. Catharine's College, University of Cambridge, a Senior Research Fellow at the Women's Budget Group, and a member of the Centre for Gender Studies Academic Advisory Network. 

My mentors are Professors Sriya Iyer, Costas Meghir, Joseph Altonji, and Toke Aidt.
